You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission from EcoNiti.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this platform, including course materials, videos, graphics, design, text, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of EcoNiti and protected under Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957) and international treaties. Unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, or sharing of any content in any form is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.
4. Copyright Infringement and Damages
EcoNiti adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards copyright infringement. Any unauthorized use of our content, including but not limited to recording, downloading, screen capturing, distributing, or uploading our material to third-party platforms, shall invite immediate legal action. We reserve the right to claim punitive damages of no less than INR 50,00,000 (Rupees Fifty Lakhs) and initiate civil and criminal proceedings under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
5. User Conduct
Users shall not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. Any misuse of the platform may result in termination of access and legal consequences.
6. Termination
EcoNiti reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
EcoNiti shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our platform or services. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our content.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi High Court in New Delhi, India.
