Refund Policy

The terms governing refunds, cancellations, and purchase finality across EcoNiti courses, subscriptions, and registrations.

EcoNiti is committed to delivering high-quality online education services through its proprietary content, digital resources, and platform-based offerings. By enrolling in any of our courses, services, or subscribing to our content, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases, course fees, subscriptions, and registrations made through the EcoNiti platform are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Non-attendance or partial attendance of any session or course
  • Technical difficulties experienced at the user's end
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Inability to continue the course due to personal, professional, or academic reasons
  • Disagreement with content, teaching style, or delivery method

EcoNiti does not issue refunds, whether in full or in part, for any reason once payment has been successfully processed.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Once a user has registered for a course, enrolled in a program, or subscribed to a service, the transaction is deemed to be final, irrevocable, and non-cancellable. Users are not permitted to cancel or modify their enrollment, nor can they transfer their course access to any other individual or account.

Requests for cancellation via phone, email, or contact forms will not be entertained.

3. No Exceptions

This policy applies uniformly to all users, without exception, including but not limited to students, institutions, corporate clients, or government subscribers. No exceptions shall be made on compassionate grounds, technical grounds, or otherwise.

4. Legal Enforcement and Agreement

By proceeding with a purchase or registration on the EcoNiti platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Refund and Cancellation Policy, and you agree to be legally bound by its terms. Any attempt to dispute or reverse a transaction through unauthorized means, including chargebacks or payment reversals, shall be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action, including but not limited to recovery proceedings, blacklisting from our platform, and/or damages.
